Key Responsibilities

1. Review previously denied claims and service requests as part of coding reconsideration and appeals
   
2. Perform retrospective medical necessity reviews based on coding and reimbursement logic
   
3. Analyze medical records, clinical notes, and supporting documentation
   
4. Evaluate whether services performed were appropriate as per clinical policies and guidelines
