To manage and deliver high-quality proposals for transport and infrastructure projects in the GCC region, working from India's Global Capability Centre. The role ensures seamless collaboration between technical experts, business development leads, and proposal teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development
• Lead the preparation of bids and proposals for transport & infrastructure projects in GCC markets.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, persuasive, and aligned with client requirements.
• Develop win themes and differentiators tailored to regional priorities (urban mobility, smart infrastructure, sustainability).
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between GCC country teams and the India capability centre.
