We are seeking an experienced roofer to step into a Leading Hand / Supervisor role with a well-established roofing company based in Toowoomba. This position involves overseeing day-to-day roofing operations, leading a small team, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise roofing teams on-site Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule Maintain a strong focus on safety and site compliance Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements: Proven experience in roofing Previous leadership or supervisory experience Working at Heights ticket White Card Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Own tools
