Exciting Career Opportunity: Stock Controller/Pharmacy Assistant

About the Role


We’re looking for a confident, passionate, and experienced Stock Controller/Pharmacy Assistant to join our Dedicated to Care team. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) with no late nights, offering the perfect balance of responsibility and career growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus: Stock Controller duties

  • Order, maintain, and replenish stock across two pharmacies

  • Monitor performance, rebates, and ensure stock levels meet agreed budgets

  • Comply with QCPP standards and SKU weight requirements

  • Assist front-of-shop as a Pharmacy Assistant when required

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of Community Pharmacy experience

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for merchandising

  • Excellent administration and computer literacy skills

  • Experience with Minfos stock monitoring software

  • Great communication skills and a positive team attitude

  • Must have the right to live and work in Australia
