Our client has been operating for many years in the South East of Melbourne and has an excellent reputation among clients, which has led to a large pipeline of projects. In addition to cadastral work, they also provide construction surveying expertise and have much experience to learn from.

About the Role

  • Conduct cadastral / construction surveying.
  • Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels.
  • Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve boundary disputes and provide expert advice on land matters.
  • Advanced surveying technology and tools are used to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
