Job Description
We are currently organizing a large-scale, premium industry event in New York City and are looking for an experienced Experiential Event / Exhibition Spatial Designer to help reimagine the venue layout.
The scope would include:
• Strategic floor planning of the event venue
• Optimization of traffic flow and booth placement
• Integrating zones (lounge, masterclasses, activations)
• Telling a cohesive spatial story through design
• Recommendations for automation and experience layers
• Deliverables in 2D & 3D (renderings, mockups)
This project is about designing space as experience (not just technical mapping). So we want someone who can combine functionality with storytelling.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, Architectural Design, 3D Rendering, Graphic Design, SketchUp, Interior Design, Booth Design, CAD Drafting, Concept Design
