·A very wide variety of inspection operations on experimental parts or components for use in experimental, prototype, or development aircraft only. Components that are not attached to products currently in production. Inspection of rework can only be performed on experimental or prototype parts.

·Sets up, Operates, and Interprets quality inspection results from advanced equipment and technology, including but not limited to Coordinate measuring machines, non-contact metrology equipment, gear measurement machine, surface analyzers and various other advanced integrated systems and makes complex layouts and setups on surface plates to inspect a variety of part types to close tolerances
