Project Overview
Propel is a nonprofit dedicated to helping other Latin American organizations find high-value grant opportunities. We are building the Funding Hub—an automated research ecosystem that identifies, curates, and syncs grants into our Salesforce instance.
We have already completed successful proofs-of-concept using Gumloop and want an expert to build, iterate, and hand off a production-ready system.
Scope of Work & Sources
The agent must aggregate information from three primary channels:
- Email Newsletters (Gmail): Automatically parse formatted HTML newsletters to identify monetary grants and extract the Learn More URLs.
- Active Research: Trigger searches on specified intervals (e.g., every 2 days) to find new calls for proposals on donor portals.
- Manual Input: A simple interface or form where staff can drop a URL for the agent to research and process immediately.
