Expert/Manager – Workday
Job Summary: Selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operation of the function. Responsible for directing and executing day-to-day operations. Oversees delivery of services or functions of the group in accordance with organizational objectives. Recommend and implement operational improvements. Participates in annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Workday platform to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging Workday to improve business processes.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
Stay updated on the latest Workday features and best practices to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for system use and data management.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
