Job Title: Mechanical Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections of mechanical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

  • Verify materials, equipment, and installations against approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor installation quality of equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers pumps ductwork piping sprinklers BMS components ensuring all mechanical systems are installed in line with relevant international codes standards (e.g ASHRAE NFPA SMACNA) local authority regulations.
