Job Title:  Expert – Certified Trainer  

Job Location:  Center  

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver Certified modules virtually to the highest standards, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across the organization.  
In addition, the role manages all administrative tasks and learner communications that enable seamless program execution, such as scheduling, participant engagement, and publishing session information on internal platforms. By combining expert facilitation with operational and communication excellence, this role supports organizational capability and reinforces the DGF culture.

• Facilitate Certified modules virtually to the highest standards. This would include all existing modules, with an expectation to be the lead in any new modules launched.
