Demand-Driven Data Expert


NTU International seeks experienced professionals to form a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts for short-term, on-demand engagements. Project duration spans 48 months, with expected commencement in June 2026.

Participating experts will be mobilized based on specific Terms of Reference and EU Delegation approval to the Philippines. The project aims at supporting evidence-based policy through data analysis and visualisation.
(Key Requirements)
  • Education: Degree in statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • General Professional Experience: Analytical or research roles.
  • Specific Professional Experience: Data analysis and visualization skills.
