Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for SiC photolithography process development and project execution related work.
  • Lead the development of the manufacturing process flow of SiC power components related to photolithography process modules, solve quality problems in a timely manner, and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases within the scope of responsibility
  • Check and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of deviations in a timely manner, take appropriate corrective actions to solve the issues, analyze and summarize the process data of engineering batches, and handle relevant technical problems within the scope of responsibility
  • Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be accountable for product reliability evaluation within the field of process expertise
  • Improve product yield and tackle major challenges within the scope of responsibility

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, materials science, chemistry, or a similar discipline within the semiconductor industry
  • Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor photolithography process introduction or development. Fab experience in SiC and silicon product introduction or production is preferred
  • Familiarity with SiC process flow, manufacturing processes, and characterization techniques is preferred
  • Experience in semiconductor material processing, preferably for power device development
  • Knowledge of measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process results.
  • Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial
  • Hands-on mentality and an open mindset for working in a cross-cultural setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additionally, German and/or Chinese is a plus
  • Open to international business trips or delegations
