Job Description
I'm looking for an expert in Google Sheets (preferred) and/or Excel to build a scalable partnership deliverables tracker that supports dozens of partnerships and rolls up into a manager-facing dashboard. I need daily + weekly visibility into deliverables progress and a way to quantify over-delivery vs what was contracted/asked.
What I have today:
A basic spreadsheet where I manually track partnership deliverables. It does not scale well, doesn't roll up reporting cleanly, and doesn't capture over-delivery in a credible way.
What I need built (tabs + functionality)
1. Master Partnership Log (scalable)
2. Handles dozens of partnerships (and growing)
3. Fields like: Partner, Campaign/Activation, Owner, Start/End dates, Status, Notes, Links to docs/assets
4. Each partnership should have a unique ID so everything ties together cleanly
5. Deliverables Tracker (core tab)
6. Each row = a deliverable item
7. Must support: partnership ID, deliverable name/type, plat...
