Job Title: Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and strong customer service skills.

  • Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Track hardware throughout its lifecycle (receiving, deployment, repair, retirement).

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and replacing components on Dell PCs. Proficiency in Windows 10 & Windows 11 is essential as well as basic Active Directory experience.
