Job Title: IT Application Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT application specialist to manage and optimize our HR information systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and has experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting complex software systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our global HRIS landscape, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely resolution or escalation as necessary.

  • Audit regular system performance checks to identify errors or inconsistencies within the HRIS software platforms used by Hexagon's business teams worldwide.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field; comparable qualifications also welcome from candidates able show relevant work history evidence where training was provided on “on-the-job” basis,
      one dedicated computer science course which had ‘Computing Science’ syllabus listed under certificate details OR qualification includes components like algorithms programming machine learning natural language processing
