We are looking for an experienced, visionary, hands‑on, people‑oriented lead to drive the control effectiveness of the operating model across the entire COO Finance (COOF) organisation. You will lead a cross‑border team and collaborate with the global COOF organization and various key stakeholders to support the COOF organisation in realizing its strategic ambitions and operating model effectiveness.

You will be located in the Philippines and work with your teams in Manila and Amsterdam.
