We are seeking a highly experienced Salary Management Specialist to support our clients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. In this role, you will manage projects independently, ensuring payroll processes are implemented successfully.

• You will accompany the projects of SwissSalary 365, guaranteeing their success and coordinating all processes.
• Develop complex concepts for different types of salary management and ensure their implementation without assistance.
• Evaluate existing solutions for our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
