We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll specialist to join our team.


Job Description:



  • Maintain day-to-day payroll administration for Brazil and Mexico markets, ensuring timely processing of payrolls in accordance with legal regulations such as IMSS, ISR, and Ley Federal del Trabajo.

  • Oversee the performance of all payrolls-related accounting journal entries and reconciliations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Identify areas of improvement in the payroll area, lead initiatives for systems improvements, strategic alliances with Human Resources, Accounting LOBs, and other impacted functional areas.
