We are seeking an experienced Tooling Development Specialist to join our technical team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves designing, developing, and maintaining precision tools for watch production. As a Tooling Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical coherence and process alignment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical and microtechnical tools that meet specific production needs.
• Create definition plans, technical files, and documentation according to internal standards.
• Fine-tune, test, and validate tools in collaboration with Methods, Production, and Quality departments.
