Ensure technical management and monitoring of a portfolio of approximately thirty buildings,
Oversee and supervise external partners to whom you delegate studies and the execution of works,
Monitor development and maintenance of the real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with quality,
Assume financial and contractual management of projects including adherence to contracts. ,
