Workforce Management Consultant

This role involves working with organizations to improve their workforce management processes and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supporting clients in the full lifecycle of an Operate project, conducting production support, software upgrades, and regular audits to ensure compliance on the use of the Workforce Management application. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure functional specifications and provide technical guidance as needed.
