Expert Technical Support Engineer

What you will contribute?

Reporting to the KTP Account Manager , the Technical Engineer is responsible of implementing KTP Suite projects for different type of clients. The first mission will be to support clients and internal projects within consulting, training, and Operational support. The KTP Technical Engineer will support existing clients, as well as software applications for new clients. The KTP Technical Engineer follows project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensures projects are completed according to schedule and client specifications. This position is client-facing and requires travel to the client site as the project warrants. Work performed is typically moderately complex.
