Technical Support Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting services for IoT connectivity issues.
This role involves acting as the main escalation point for customer technical issues related to IoT connectivity, M2M/eSIM SIM cards, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with network diagnostics tools, APIs troubleshooting, REST/JSON APIs usage and solid fundamentals in TCP/IP networking.
- Act as the trusted expert and primary point of contact for our customers on all matters related to IoT connectivity.
- Analyze diagnose resolve complex network device connection problems platform configurations using monitoring tools logs SLAs.
