About the Role

Our client is seeking an Expert, Labour Relations – Arbitration to lead the preparation, strategy, and participation in arbitration, mediation, and related labour proceedings involving unionized employees across Canada. This role plays a key part in shaping labour relations strategy, supporting collective agreement interpretation, and ensuring effective representation during hearings.
