Due to continued growth and an expanding exploration portfolio, MEGA Resources is seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to lead and deliver our exploration strategy across multiple projects. This is a senior, Perth-based leadership role suited to a commercially minded exploration professional who can balance technical excellence with strategic planning and team leadership.

You will play a key role in driving discovery, resource growth, and long-term value creation, while working closely with site teams, consultants, and senior leadership.
