Exploration Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Exploration Manager will be responsible for developing and executing exploration programs that support resource definition, expansion, and new discovery. You will oversee all aspects of exploration planning, drilling programs, contractor management, compliance, and reporting.

• Lead, plan, and manage exploration activities across multiple sites
• Develop short-term and long-term exploration strategies
• Manage drilling programs, budgets, and contractor performance
• Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee geological data collection, logging, QAQC, and modelling
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to geologists and field teams
• Prepare exploration updates, technical reports, budgets, and board presentations
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative exploration techniques
