Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders between the kitchen and the serving staff.
  • Ensure that food orders are prepared correctly and match the guest's request.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of each order before it leaves the kitchen.
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen and expo area organized and clean.
  • Communicate with the kitchen team to manage order times effectively.
  • Handle special requests and dietary restrictions from guests.
  • Collaborate with servers and chefs to resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
