Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Coordinate orders between the kitchen and the serving staff. Ensure that food orders are prepared correctly and match the guest's request. Verify the completeness and accuracy of each order before it leaves the kitchen. Assist in keeping the kitchen and expo area organized and clean. Communicate with the kitchen team to manage order times effectively. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions from guests. Collaborate with servers and chefs to resolve any order discrepancies. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
