Export And Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview

Purpose of Position: Delivering order fulfilment to contracted service standards for a defined portfolio of clients - both UK and internationally. Primary customers will be classed as 'export customers'. These will need specific paperwork completing and documents prepared for these customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process Export orders
• Manage process from order receipt to despatch
• Prepare and review necessary documentation
• Liaise with client Export Team
• Ensure correct stock used by Warehouse Team
• Work with Transportation teams
• Working in a team, receive and process UK orders, including EDI and manual orders, and deal with order fulfilment issues
• For both UK and Export orders, will need to
• Maintain effective communication with the customer on order fulfilment
• Process invoices and resolve invoice queries
