Key Responsibilities

1. Export Control Compliance

The export control team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to safeguard compliance with the Global Sanctions & Export Control Strategy. This includes managing adherence to these policies and procedures, in order to assure compliance with dual-use export control laws and regulations of the jurisdictions to which its business dealings are subjected to. This position will work on the following aspects:

·Maintain and improve Internal Compliance Plans in South Korea, including leading annual ICP audit, setting up processes/trainings/communications to satisfy ICP requirements.

·Create local processes as needed to streamline cooperation between export controls, local planning and development, and/or local logistics on export control related issues, such as signing of EUS and license applications.
