Export Coordinator

Responsabilities
Accurately enter shipment information into the client's system and validate all details for precision and compliance.
Coordinate and manage U.S. export shipments, primarily air and ocean freight, ensuring timely execution from origin to destination.
Prepare and review export documentation in compliance with U.S. export regulations and customer requirements.
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipping documents to facilitate pickup, export clearance, and dispatch operations.
Communicate with carriers, airlines, steamship lines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth export coordination.
Monitor and update shipment and load statuses daily, or per customer-requested frequency.
Consult rate sheets and contracts to confirm service details and ensure accurate cost control and billing.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and internal procedures related to freight forwarding and U.S. exports.
