Job Description
Export Coordinator /Up to $3,500 @Joo Koon
Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
- Ensure customer's order is processed and invoiced accurately.
- Prepare shipping documents for export shipping including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance).
- Updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders.
- Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters.
- Ensure invoices from service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are submitted to Finance for processing.
- Processing warranty and insurance claims, and maintain records of all sales and shipping documents.
