Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for B2B customers operations.

• Responsible for managing accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, orders management, VAS and special requirements, logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs.
• Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
