We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in export operations, Incoterms , and international shipping documentation , who are confident working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders from enquiry, quotation, order processing, to shipment and invoicing
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers and partners
• Prepare, verify, and manage all export shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, certificate of analysis, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with Incoterms , customs requirements, and destination country regulations
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Track shipments, monitor dispatch schedules, and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues
• Support the sales team with documentation, order follow-ups, and customer communication

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export coordination or international customer service
• Strong knowledge of export Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience preparing export shipping documentation
• Good understanding of global trade requirements and export compliance
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time‑sensitive tasks effectively
