Export Executive

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and freight forwarders.
2. Prepare and manage export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, BL/AWB, etc.).
3. Maintain detail and accuracy of export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
4. Track shipments and provide customers with delivery status updates.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Other duties as assigned.
6. Work with international brokers who attend international tradeshows and meetings.
7. Responsible for maintaining good relation with international customers.
