Role & responsibilities
Long-term planning and strategizing of our positioning in the market against competition across the globe including creating / identifying new development opportunities
Identifying and meeting Federation, Milk Unions, Corporate Customers and Channel Partners, as applicable, across the globe Facilitating the introduction of our products at the policy level of apex federations / government including exploring possibilities of channelizing funded projects to our business advantage Establishing Sales Target across the globe based on the existing business, competition and new opportunities in line with the corporate sales planning / mission and budgeting for the expenses for sales and marketing activities Providing offers as may be required & following up to enable closure of sales including negotiations as necessary and ensure conversion ratio Monitoring performance on all activities of the various verticals across the globe by ensuring that their targets are being met and / exceeded during the period. Recruitment, selection, mentoring and performance appraisals of the personnel assigned in the various business verticals Reviewing Performance on Collections and / Receivables and minimising bad debts Entry and Analysis in CRM / BTS on a regular basis
