About the Role


Export Marketing: Identify and engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and support sales conversion.


Responsibilities


  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, CoO, shipping instructions, and ensure DGFT/ICEGATE compliance.
  • Shipment Coordination: Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and tracking.
  • Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with overseas clients regarding orders, dispatches, and documentation.
  • Record Management: Maintain audit-ready documentation and export transaction records.
  • Financial Dimensions: Contribute to export revenue growth and minimize documentation-related delays or penalties.
  • People Dimensions: Coordinate cross-functionally with stores, accounts, and logistics teams.
