Responsibilities
- Maintenance of order & sales data for CMO Business.
- Collate data from SAP – sales, RMs & PMs.
- Regular update of the files with current status of the orders/shipments.
- Coordinate with plants and logistics team for timely delivery.
- Track day to day operations with respect to monthly commitments to the customers.
- Track on-going projects for smooth execution.
- Maintain records of important documents such as agreements/quotations etc.
- Data Search & Analysis about the industry, competition etc.
- Record keeping & tracking the purchase orders and ensuring the Advance Lic. has been applied for API. Readiness of new launches.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Prepare Draft Budget file.
- Collection and Gathering of the annual forecast of all CMO customers.
