Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions. As well you will Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information. Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. What's more you will Provide appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order management  queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue  

  • Monitoring the status of the request. 

  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation. 

  • Support the customer and act with integrity during the order activities. 

  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders

  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement area

Qualifications for the role:

  • Degree in Business administration, or administrative education similar

  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues

  • Preferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel. 

  • 1-3 years in Administrative task in sales administration department or similar; Logistic center experience; Export procedures

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills 

  • Fluent spoken and written English and French
