Export Sales Coordinator
The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to support the Export Sales team in the follow up on and support of the sales destined to export markets.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
- Ensure customer’s order is promptly processed and invoiced accurately on a timely basis
- Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance (including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance)
- Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders
- Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
- Ensure all invoices from all external service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are promptly submitted to the Accounts department for processing
- Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents
What It Takes:
- Minimum a Diploma or equivalent
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
- Possess relevant experience in sales support or sales coordinator
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
