Your future company

On behalf of our client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Export Director to lead and expand the international sales activities. This position is based in Poland and will focus on developing business across the following markets: Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, with potential expansion into other countries as export operations grow.

***Knowledge of bituminous membranes is required***

Requirements


  • Proven experience in international sales or export management, preferably in CEE markets

  • Strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach

  • Fluent in English (additional languages of the regional languages would be a plus)

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region

    • Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the sales and market entry strategy for assigned export markets

  • Build, manage, and develop a team of local sales representatives and commercial partners

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across the region

  • Identify and establish cooperation with new business partners and distributors

  • Take full ownership of sales performance, market share growth, and brand visibility abroad

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth market operations
