On behalf of our client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Export Director to lead and expand the international sales activities. This position is based in Poland and will focus on developing business across the following markets: Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, with potential expansion into other countries as export operations grow.
***Knowledge of bituminous membranes is required***
Requirements
Proven experience in international sales or export management, preferably in CEE marketsStrong track record in business development, strategic planning, and team leadershipExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approachFluent in English (additional languages of the regional languages would be a plus)Willingness to travel frequently across the regionResponsibilities
Develop and execute the sales and market entry strategy for assigned export marketsBuild, manage, and develop a team of local sales representatives and commercial partnersMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients across the regionIdentify and establish cooperation with new business partners and distributorsTake full ownership of sales performance, market share growth, and brand visibility abroadMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordinglyWork closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth market operationsThe offer
