Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Executive to manage international customers, generate export orders, and expand global market presence. The role involves overseas client handling, order execution, documentation coordination, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international customers & markets

  • Handle overseas inquiries, quotations, and negotiations

  • Coordinate export orders from confirmation to shipment

  • Work closely with documentation, logistics, and production teams

  • Ensure timely execution of export shipments

  • Maintain customer communication and after-sales support

  • Participate in international trade fairs & exhibitions (if required)

  • Prepare sales MIS, export reports, and forecasts

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity



Requirements

International Sales & Marketing

  • International marketing & export sales

  • Overseas client acquisition & key account handling

  • Market research & lead generation

Export & Trade Knowledge

  • Basic export documentation & procedures

  • Incoterms, payment terms (LC, TT, DP, DA)

  • Understanding of logistics & shipping
