Role Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on Export Business Development Manager who can own international buyers end-to-end — from first contact to repeat shipments & someone who is familiar with manufacturing setup !
About job: Salary : Rs 28000- Rs 38000 pm, Mon - Sat working, Noida ( in office )
This is a merchant + sales leadership role, not a desk-sales job.
You will work directly with management and gradually build and lead a small BD team.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Export Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete export sales cycle: lead → sampling → costing → PO → shipment
- Develop and grow relationships with international B2B buyers
- Identify new export opportunities via fairs, portals, references, and outreach
- Understand buyer needs and convert them into executable product briefs

- Handle daily communication with buyers in Europe, USA & Middle East
