Export Sales job involves developing international markets, finding foreign clients, negotiating contracts, and managing the entire sales cycle while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and coordinating logistics for global shipments, requiring strong communication, cultural awareness, and negotiation skills to drive sales growth in overseas markets. 

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy: Identify new international markets, analyze trends, and develop export sales strategies.

Client Acquisition: Prospect, build relationships, and manage accounts with overseas customers and distributors.

Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet international sales targets.

Logistics & Compliance: Coordinate with logistics teams, prepare export documents, and ensure adherence to international trade laws.

Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management.

Travel: May involve extensive travel for client meetings, trade shows, and market visits. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Understanding of global market trends and international business practices.

Proficiency in export documentation and compliance.

Ability to manage time zones, cultural differences, and language barriers.

Experience in sales, international trade, or customer service.
