ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Develop Trade capabilities tools for Commercial Organization in the areas of Route to Consumer, Shopper Experience and Customer Management, across conventional and new channels, to secure future business growth potential and dominance of BAT brands.These are reinforced through people’s capabilities and systems. Lead the analysis and support developmentof the Route to Market model or Trade capabilities tools in the local context to ensure it is fit to meet business objectives.
