Job Purpose To assemble and install exterior decorative components of vehicles while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with assembly instructions. Key Responsibilities Carry out exterior decoration assembly according to process requirements Operate strictly in line with standard operating and work instructions Ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the assembly process Identify, report, and resolve issues arising during exterior assembly Maintain tools, materials, and workstations in safe condition Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times Requirements Requirements Experience in vehicle body assembly, exterior fitting, or automotive finishing Ability to follow assembly drawings and instructions Manual dexterity and attention to cosmetic detail Team-oriented mindset with quality focus
