This role requires expertise in producing layouts, renderings, videos, CAD files, and specification books to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure accurate project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present exterior design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to illustrate design proposals
- Produce CAD drawings and technical documentation for construction and implementation
- Prepare specification books outlining materials, finishes, and design standards
- Generate video presentations to showcase design concepts and project progress
