Reporting to the Board and working in close partnership with the Chief Executive, the Chairperson offers both support and constructive challenge — ensuring clarity, accountability, and ambition at the heart of the organisation’s strategic direction. They help the Board operate as a united, purposeful team, collaborating closely with the wider leadership group to drive progress toward shared goals.
