Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead on assigned client accounts, overseeing pre‑engagement planning, audit execution, and delivery of final work products.
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource assignments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of audit, tax, and consulting services offered and participate in proposal development as needed.
- Supervise and mentor staff associates and interns, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support in developing technical and industry skills.
- Manage client relationships through timely, accurate, and professional communication.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to engagement teams to ensure high‑quality results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required.
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
