Role : Contract Manufacturing Operations Engineer (Resident Engineer)

The contract manufacturing CM Operations Engineer plays a key role in guiding contract manufacturers to successfully meet ASMPT’s quality targets, cost efficiency and delivery targets. The successful candidate is also responsible for supporting ASMPT CM managers in solving technical issues, continuous improvement, and process optimization. Possess strong Project Management skills and proven track record of handling multiple projects.

Liaise with CM partners to ensure clear understanding of technical expectations / specifications during operations. Act as the key technical expert to CM partners regarding manufacturing operations.

Operational & Engineering Management

Proactively manage CM execution and planning to meet ASM’s demand. Collaborate with CM engineers to troubleshoot operational issues in production, improve process efficiencies to gain productivity.
